Three months fresh off the release of his EP ‘A Comedy Romantic (Act.1)’, rising Filipino-American indie pop singer-songwriter Rocco returns with “Someone I Never Had”, an angsty, emotionally charged pop-rock anthem that opens the final chapter of his viral narrative series and sets the stage for the highly anticipated ‘A Comedy Romantic (Act. 2)’.
