30 Years. 28 concepts. 200+ stores nationwide

With 30 years of proven excellence in the Philippine food and beverage industry, The Bistro Group revolutionized the casual dining experience with TGIFriday’s in 1994. They then brought multiple American concepts to the Philippines such as Italianni’s, Denny’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, Randy’s Donuts, Olive Garden, Hard Rock Café and El Pollo Loco. Asian concepts also thrived within the company’s portfolio such as Watami, Modern Shang, Red Lotus, Bulgogi Brothers, Secret Recipe, and Fish & Co as well as homegrown restaurants like Krazy Garlik and Siklab+. There are Spanish concepts like Las Flores, Tomatito, Rambla and Rumba as well as Bistro Elite restaurants Helm, Ember, Savage, and The Test Kitchen. These restaurants have become household names, with store locations all over the archipelago. And only last March and April, they launch Juniper and LongHorn Steakhouse, respectively.

We offer businessmen this exciting opportunity to own a sub-franchise of tried-and-tested, reputable and profitable brands. Among the concepts that are open to sub-franchising are TGIFriday’s, a brand that has become synonymous with fun times, and delicious American-style food. Italianni’s is another favorite with its heart-warming Italian-American food. You can also own a sub-franchise of El Pollo Loco with their famous flame-grilled chicken. The Bistro Group’s Korean concept, Bulgogi Brothers, served and is a restaurant worth considering as well as Modern Shang for familiar and home-style Shanghainese cuisine and Red Lotus, Bistro’s modern restaurant and bar. Homegrown concepts offer enticing opportunities as well such as Krazy Garlik, a unique concept that serves Western and Asian flavors with garlic as the hero ingredient and Siklab+, Bistro’s 1st Filipino restaurant that is making waves in the industry. These are brands that are scalable and replicable, with business models that offer consistent quality and service. More branches mean that The Bistro Group will be accessible to more people in Metro Manila and key provinces.
