“We wanted to bring the flavors of Christmas that we all know and love to our menu,” says Rachel Fallarme, Bo’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “For us, Paskong Pinoy is a time-honored tradition. This year, as in all the years before, we’re bringing the warmth, joy, and togetherness of a Filipino Christmas into our offerings. Our cakes and drinks are made to bring comfort and happiness, much like the season itself.”
A Warm Welcome to the Holiday Season

To celebrate the launch of the Paskong Pinoy menu and thank loyal customers for their support, Bo’s hosted a Salo-Salo media thanksgiving event at their flagship store in Capitol, Cebu. The event was attended by Bo’s CEO Steve Benitez and SVP Rachel Fallarme, marking the perfect occasion to celebrate both the season and the company’s roots in Cebu, where Bo’s was founded in 1996.

The Paskong Pinoy festivities continued with another Salo-Salo held on November 6, 2024, at Bo’s Coffee Glorietta 5 in Manila. This intimate event gathered media guests to reflect on the year’s successes and enjoy the holiday offerings.

Supporting Philippine Coffee Farmers and Promoting Local Beans

At the heart of Bo’s Coffee’s mission is the promotion of Philippine coffee. With beans sourced from coffee farms across the Philippines—from the highlands of Sagada and Benguet to the rich soils of Bukidnon and Davao—Bo’s is committed to supporting local farmers while delivering world-class coffee to its customers.

“We are proud to showcase the flavors of Philippine coffee,” says Fallarme. “Every cup of Bo’s coffee is a testament to the quality of beans grown by Filipino farmers, whether they’re from the northern mountains of Sagada or the southern peaks of Mt. Apo and Mt. Matutum. Our goal is to put Philippine coffee on the global map because we believe it is truly exceptional.”

In addition to its renowned coffee offerings, Bo’s has expanded its menu over the years to include an array of light meals, from pastas and sandwiches to cakes, providing customers with the perfect pairing to their coffee. Bo’s has also enhanced its digital presence, ensuring that their products are available for delivery and making it easier for customers to enjoy their favorite Bo’s drinks and meals wherever they are.

Expanding Locally and Globally

Bo’s Coffee’s growth continues at an impressive pace, with over 150 locations worldwide, including 136 across the Philippines and 20 in the Middle East. The brand is focused on expanding its global footprint, particularly in the Middle East, and has exciting plans for its first Canadian location in the Greater Toronto Area, set to open in 2025.

At the same time, Bo’s is working on expanding its presence in key regions across the Philippines, with new locations slated for Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, and Southern Luzon. Franchising will play an important role in Bo’s continued expansion, particularly in areas such as Metro Manila and Central Visayas.
