In a historic moment for Timex Philippines, the brand unveiled a major surprise in celebration of Timex’s 170th anniversary. As part of the milestone, Timex launched a limited-edition Waterbury watch priced at just $1 (or Php50), creating a buzz among watch enthusiasts and collectors.
The exclusive release, “Then, $1; Now, $1,” marked a nod to the brand’s enduring legacy and its continued commitment to delivering quality timepieces. The special edition watch is made available only to the first 100 customers who will visit the Timex Shop at SM Mall of Asia on Saturday, November 16.
However, on November 6, Timex Philippines has had to put out an advisory regarding the Dollar Watch Launch as it had, as expected, received an overwhelming interest from consumers, collectors, and watch enthusiasts. Timex Philippines has decided to implement a pre-registration and a raffle system to ensure a safe, smooth, and fair experience for everyone.
The limited edition roll out is expected to become a sought-after collector’s item with horologists and watch enthusiasts.
