A Collection of Everyday Spanish Favorites
Anchovies are a staple of Spanish cuisine, and Las Flores is introducing two ways to enjoy them. Have them as Boquerones with white anchovies, garlic bits, pipparas, extra-virgin olive oil, and potato chips, or as Boquerones Fritos, which are crispy, fried anchovies served with a special homemade dip.
The Calamar Sandwich highlights Spain’s favor for squid. The bun is a squid ink bread, stuffed with fried calamari, aioli, and Las Flores’ signature kimchi mayo.
Take a juicy bite of the Chorizo Burger with a meaty chorizo patty, coleslaw, and cheese. Alternatively, guests can also savor the iconic sausage of Spain as Chorizo Rice.
No Spanish feast is complete without the Paella Valenciana. It’s Las Flores’ take on the Filipino-inspired dish prepared in a more traditional manner, featuring chicken drumstick, green peas, mussels, shrimp, chorizo, bell pepper, and egg.
Last but not least, a decadent addition. A smooth, velvety, and sugar-free Mousse de Chocolate is an indulgent finish to the Las Flores experience.

The new additions are the result of a close culinary collaboration between Executive Sous Chef Pablo Ramirez and Las Flores Spanish Brand Ambassador Marta Banos who spent weeks working side-by-side in the kitchen. Together, they bring the heart of Spain to Manila with dishes made using carefully sourced ingredients—many of them straight from Spain.
Chef Pablo’s extensive culinary background, Argentinian heritage and an appreciation for Spanish and Mediterranean traditions are showcased in his cooking style, balancing time-honored heritage with contemporary refinement. He adapts familiar comfort classics with a modern approach, focusing on beautiful flavors and careful execution.
