In Disney and Pixar’s “Hoppers,” the film features an all-star voice ensemble including Kathy Najimy, Dave Franco, and Meryl Streep, alongside Piper Curda as Mabel, Bobby Moynihan as King George and Jon Hamm as Mayor Jerry Generazzo. Directed by Daniel Chong with an original score by Mark Mothersbaugh and capped off by the end-credits song from SZA called “Save The Day.”
The film introduces Mabel, an animal lover who seizes the opportunity to test a new technology that allows her to “hop” into the body of a robotic beaver, making her communicate directly with animals. What begins as an exciting breakthrough soon leads her to uncover mysteries in the animal world beyond anything she could have imagined.
When the smooth-talking local Mayor Jerry Generazzo’s actions threaten the animal kingdom, Mabel steps up. Joining her adventure is the charismatic beaver King George , and together they go on a mission to unite the entire animal kingdom.
